About this game
Gridwords is a free logic puzzle game where nonogram (picross) grid-filling meets word discovery. Follow the number clues to fill the right squares, and hidden words appear inside the grid as you solve. If you enjoy nonograms, crosswords, word search or any brain game that rewards a little thinking, this is your new daily habit.
HOW IT WORKS
The numbers beside each row and column tell you how many squares to fill. Fill them in the right places and the letters spell real words, across and down. Mark the squares you're sure are empty, use logic, and watch the words reveal themselves.
FOUR CHAPTERS, EACH WITH A TWIST
- Numbers: classic nonogram logic to warm up on, no letters yet.
- Letters: every run of three or more filled squares spells a real word.
- Scrambles: the letters are all there, just shuffled. Solve the grid and the word.
- Missing Clues: some rows have no number at all, so you reason through the gaps.
New chapters unlock as you go, so the challenge grows with you.
