Nice application for mobile banking, and monetary related schemes. However, this app as some logging-in issues. Briefly, the authentication process is poor, it's acting as though I'm making a new account while I already have an account. Additionally, it's taking so long to send the verification code, which takes forever to come. Lastly, work on your logging in feature, while it's loading to login, I can still edit my password and number💀

I'm kindly asking if you can introduce a policy for 1 month to help us with small businesses to save money to use at the end of the month or to pay for the landlord. The 3 months policy is just too long to wait for the money hence we have not been able to save. Even without interest but just to keep money together

The app works very well the time, a little too well sometimes but my complaint is more on the CSD applications. firstly they don't state what may happen to your money in the case that you want a refund for your own money which probably hasn't been used yet considering the process takes quite sometime or your details are differing across the board and your CSD application gets rejected. Secondly when I did ask they told me that there will be no refund for my own money which hasn't seen processing
