The app is good on paper. customer care isn't available to contact when hit a snag. I also cant get a loan against my savings . says money has been sent to my wallet and then I receive a message later that loan is cancelled. its scary that they expect one to invest money and yet can't be reached for clarification. so far 1 out of 5

I have beening sending emails to hobbtion limited company since the 24th April until today 1st May I haven't received any feedback tried to call their number no one is picking up sent them a whatsapp message no answer so I have no way to contact them because they are not answering. I don't recommend anyone to download or use their app their services are poor 😒😒 I need a repose by Monday or I am reporting this to the police

My third review. The app has improved over the past updates which is good. The issue I have noted is that whenever I invest via the app the maturity date is set to that of my initial running investment rather than to the one I chose upon placing the investment. This is inconveniencing given that my placements do not reflect the actual maturity dates making investment planning harder to do. KINDLY URGENTLY RESOLVE THIS.
