BooKoo is a shared expense tracker for money several people spend together: team costs, small-group dues, trip spending, household bills. Everyone logs their own entries, and everyone reads the same ledger. Each new ledger holds 2 members on Free and up to 5 with BooKoo Pro.
Nobody carries the book alone
Shared money usually lands on one person. They keep the receipts, they write the summary, and they field every "what was that one?" One invite link, and each member records their own spending into the same ledger.

Ask about a charge right where it sits. The receipt photo and the answer stay next to the amount.

Each new ledger holds 2 members on Free and up to 5 members with BooKoo Pro.
Can I use it on my own?
Yes. Start a personal ledger and invite people when you need to.
Does it import my bank or card transactions?
No. BooKoo is a manual record and does not provide bank connections, money transfer between people, automatic settle-up or bill splitting, per-member dues tracking, spending approval, currency conversion, investment, OCR, or cross-app tracking. Entries are recorded in the ledger’s own currency. Free may show one limited non-personalized banner directly below the main tabs.
BooKoo Pro (optional subscription)
Free BooKoo keeps one ledger you own, 2 members in each new ledger, unlimited entries, full access to your own data, and a limited banner below the main tabs. BooKoo Pro removes ads, lets you create additional ledgers, and supports up to 5 members in each new ledger.
• Available as a monthly or an annual subscription
• The annual plan includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers
• The ledger owner subscribes and the whole ledger is covered — invited members never pay
• Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase
• Renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends
• Manage or cancel any time in your store account settings
• Prices are shown in the app and vary by region
