Indiva eMobility is the professional platform for managing and monitoring electric vehicle charging networks, designed for operators, public administrations, and fleet managers who need complete control over their charging infrastructure. Accessible from any browser, without installation, with a modern and intuitive interface adapted to all user profiles.

Real-time monitoring: Monitor the OCPP status of each charging point with automatic updates without needing to reload the page. View all active sessions instantly, with details of energy delivered, duration, and user. Any status change is reflected on the platform in seconds.

Interactive network map: Geolocate your entire network of chargers on a dynamic map with real-time status icons. Supports zoom from national level down to street level, with automatic clustering for networks of any size and filters by municipality, status, and charger type.

Complete charger management: Create, edit, and manage chargers directly from the platform. Execute remote OCPP commands—start, stop, soft and hard reset, connector unlock, availability change, and TriggerMessage—without requiring physical access to the equipment. Read and modify OCPP configuration parameters in real time.

Smart Charging: Apply and manage charging profiles according to the OCPP 1.6 specification: ChargePointMaxProfile to limit the maximum power of the charging point, TxDefaultProfile to establish default conditions for each transaction, and TxProfile to control individual sessions. View the resulting composite charging schedule before applying it.

Alarm and Notification System: Automatic real-time detection of faults, disconnections, and operational anomalies. The alarm log is filterable by charger, municipality, severity, and date range. Configure individual subscriptions to receive notifications only for the events and chargers that interest you.

Dashboards and Advanced Statistics: Global and municipal dashboards with performance KPIs, session and energy trends over time, usage distribution by charger, and energy demand curves. Complete Session History: View and filter all completed transactions with detailed metrics: energy delivered, duration, cost, reason for stopping, and meter readings. View the load curve of any historical session for performance analysis.

Reservation System: Manage the complete reservation lifecycle integrated with OCPP 1.6 using ReserveNow and CancelReservation. Reservations expire automatically if the user does not start charging within the specified time, releasing the connector without manual intervention.

Energy Bills: Import, view, and analyze your electricity supplier's bills directly from the platform. Relate the actual consumption recorded by the chargers to the billed amounts for comprehensive energy management.

Data and Report Export: Download any tabular view in PDF, CSV, or Excel format with a single click. Exporting respects the permissions model: each user can only export the data they have access to.

Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Multi-agency management with differentiated profiles and granular permissions.

Security and regulatory compliance: Authentication via JWT tokens with configurable expiration, TLS encryption for all communications, HTTP security headers, and an immutable audit log of all administrative actions. Cloud infrastructure located entirely within the European Union and designed in compliance with the GDPR.
