Jump. Fly close. Land – or faceplant.
Faceplant is a low-poly wingsuit and base jumping game. Jump from the summit cross or from the tallest tower in town, tuck your arms and race through gorges and street canyons at 130 km/h. The closer you skim rock, ground and facades, the more you score. Fly too close and you get to know the scenery very personally.
FLY
• Tilt your phone to steer, or use the thumb stick
• Nose down for speed, lift boost for those last few metres
• Tuck your arms: steeper, faster, riskier
• Pull the chute in time and land on the target
SCORE
• Proximity: skim walls and the ground
• Through tunnels, rock arches and crevasses, under skywalks and straight through a tower
• Collect goodies: cowbells, lava crystals, ice crystals, gold coins and donuts – full chains give a bonus
• High-five the hikers. Too close? The hiker goes flying – and so do your points.
• Hit the bullseye on landing
FIVE JUMP SITES
• Green Alps: creek, waterfalls, pastures, cable car
• Volcano: basalt gorges and lava flows
• Glacier: ice arches, crevasses and plenty of wind
• Desert Metropolis: glass, sandstone and skywalks
• US City: brick, water towers and the elevated train
PLUS
• Day and night with headlamp and city lights
• Wind that keeps shifting and pushes you around
• Birds you had better avoid
• Comic-style ragdoll crashes
• Controller support
The game is free and occasionally shows ads between jumps, never in flight. A one-time purchase removes the ads for good. If you like, a voluntary rewarded video waives the score penalty after a faceplant.
