📋 ABOUT THE REGULATIONS REGULATIONS

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Circular 50/2024/TT-NHNN (amended by Circular 77/2025/TT-NHNN) requires banks to check and refuse to provide services on devices with compromised software. Specifically, the Mobile Banking application will automatically stop working if it detects:

• The device has been rooted or jailbroken

• The bootloader has been unlocked

• The device fails the Play Integrity test

This regulation applies to ALL banks in Vietnam from March 1, 2026.
