Photograph the technical description on an OCT or TCT, and Plotero draws the lot: every corner and side, the area, the perimeter and the closure error. You never have to type a bearing.

FROM THE TITLE TO THE LOT
• Smart Scan reads the technical description from your photo of the title.
• Corners are numbered as on the title, with the length of every side.
• Road frontage and adjoining lots come straight from the title.
• Smart Scan needs a connection. Drafting and your saved lots work without signal.

ON THE MAP
• See the boundary over satellite imagery and check it against roads and landmarks.

PLANS TO HAND OVER
• An A4 PDF plan and an image card for Viber or Messenger, both watermarked.

PORTFOLIOS
• Group properties into portfolios and keep the title, tax declaration, photos and other papers in folders.

GOOD TO KNOW
Every plan and image card carries the line "Visualization only — not a certified survey." Plotero helps you review a title and present a lot. For a relocation survey or a subdivision plan, hire a licensed geodetic engineer.

Your lots and files are stored on your device. Google Drive backup is optional and uses your own Drive. Smart Scan sends the page you photograph to Google's AI to be read, and Google may learn from it. Our server keeps no copy.

What’s new

- Lot lists on the Check step now show each lot's name instead of "Untitled property".
- Moving a file into a typed folder like Titles or Tax Decs sets its file type to match.
- Tapping the Next card on Overview opens the step it names.
- Payment amounts show thousands commas, e.g. ₱50,000.
