KPA Time — Timekeeping System

Developed by the KPA Team, KPA Time is an internal application for recording employee and personnel clock-in and clock-out times. It also includes a system for managing related processes such as leave requests, official duties, working from home, and calendars, all within a single app.

Main Features:

• Check-in/Check-out — Record clock-in and clock-out times with GPS coordinates to verify work location.
• Select Department (Gateway) — Select your affiliated department/system. Offline functionality is supported.
• Two-Step Login — Enter your employee ID + 6-digit PIN for enhanced security.
• Dashboard — Summarizes today's timekeeping status with shortcuts to various features.
• Monthly Timekeeping Summary — View timekeeping data in a calendar format. • Includes tardiness/normal attendance statistics.
• Submit leave request / View leave details — Submit a leave request with details, reason, contact information, and guarantor.
• Submit official duty request — Submit and track the status of official duty requests.
• WFH Calendar — View the calendar and reports of working from home.
• Public Holiday Calendar — View the annual public holidays.
• Workflow List — View outstanding tasks and approval status.
• Notifications — Receive notifications regarding timekeeping status, request approvals, and important information via Push Notifications.
• Manage Account — View account information, log out, and switch departments.

Security and Privacy:

• Sensitive data (Token, PIN) is stored in the Android Keystore and encrypted with hardware.
• GPS location is only collected during check-in/check-out; no background tracking.
• No ads, no analytics, no user tracking.
• Does not collect unnecessary data such as camera, microphone, or contact lists.
• Complies with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

New User Registration:
This is done only through the website of your chosen organization. The app only supports login and logout.
