Slow down. Line it up.

Matchlane is a calm color puzzle for when you want to unwind and still keep your mind busy. You get three tiles at a time and a small 3×3 board. Line up one color across a row, column or diagonal and it clears. Keep the board open for as long as you can.

There's no timer, no lives and no energy to wait for. Play one quick round or settle in for a long run, and pick your run up later right where you left it.

HOW TO PLAY
• You get three tiles, each with one or two colored lanes.
• Every cell has three lane spots, and a tile's lanes keep their spots, so where a tile fits matters.
• Place your tiles in any order you like.
• Line up three lanes of one color in a row, column or diagonal to clear them.
• Clear at least one line every round to build a streak, and finish two lines with one tile for a combo.
• The run ends when none of your tiles fit. How far can you get?

A guided first round teaches you the basics while you play, and Help has a short demo of everything.

RELAXING, WITH REAL DEPTH
Play just to calm your mind and Matchlane is a relaxing puzzle game. Chase your high score and it turns into a real brain teaser: think three tiles ahead, keep room on the board, set up combos and keep your streak going as a long run slowly gets harder. If you enjoy block puzzles, match 3 games or logic puzzles, you'll feel at home.

BOOSTS, WHEN YOU WANT THEM
Reveal Next shows the tiles that are coming. Swap Lanes, Clear Lane, Rotate Tile and New Tile help you out of a tight spot. Boosts are optional, and you earn them by playing.

MADE FOR PLAYERS
Matchlane is free to play, with no in-app purchases and no account to create. Ads only show up when you choose to watch one for a reward, such as Keep Playing after a run ends or doubling a reward. No banners, and no ads between rounds. The game works offline, apart from those optional videos, which need a connection. Your progress is saved on your device and, if Android backup is on, follows you to a new phone. Anything you choose to share to help improve the game is handled with care for your privacy.

What’s new

- New daily missions and achievements for filling cells with one color. Cells filled before this update are not counted.
- A new Library theme with book-spine tiles, unlocked through the new achievements. Its Secondhand tile colors unlock with it.
