WORKi Material Calculator

LogicLoop Software Solutions

About this app

WORKi is the material calculator and construction calculator for trades, renovation and DIY. Enter the area, read off the material needed, work
out the costs and hand the customer a finished PDF. No internet, no ads, no account, no sign-up.
SIX CALCULATORS FOR THE BUILDING SITE
Paint calculator
How much paint do I need? WORKi works out the paint required from wall area or room dimensions, taking into account the number of coats,
coverage and waste allowance, and calculates the containers to buy. Windows and doors can be deducted.
Tile calculator
How many tiles per square metre? The tile calculator works out the quantity from area or room dimensions and tile format, including waste for
cuts at walls and corners.
Wallpaper calculator
Gives rolls and strips, matched to room height, roll length, roll width and pattern repeat.
Laminate calculator
How many packs of laminate are needed? Takes laying pattern and waste into account – also usable for vinyl, parquet and click flooring.
Paving calculator
Stone count and joint share for paths, driveways, patios and yards, based on stone format and joint width.
Concrete calculator
Works out volume and bag count for foundations, pad foundations, slabs and strip footings.
CALCULATE MATERIAL COSTS
After every calculation WORKi enters the purchase quantity into the material list automatically – containers, packs, bags or pieces. Add the
unit price and the material costs are there instantly. Further items such as primer, adhesive, grout or protective sheeting can be added freely.
That gives you a cost estimate in seconds as the basis for your quote.
PDF FOR THE CUSTOMER
One tap creates a clean PDF containing the calculation and the cost breakdown, dated. Send it by email, save it or print it straight from the
app. Ideal as proof of material, a basis for a quote, a measurement record or a shopping list for the builders merchant.
GENUINELY OFFLINE
WORKi works entirely without an internet connection – on site, in the basement, in the loft, in an underground car park. All calculations run on
the device. No data is transmitted, no ad networks are included and no usage profiles are created. The app requests no permissions and needs no
user account.
THREE LANGUAGES
German, Polish and English, switchable at any time. Useful on sites with mixed teams.
EASY TO READ ON SITE
Light and dark mode, matching your device setting automatically at startup. Plus three text sizes and a high contrast mode – helpful in bright
sunshine and for anyone who prefers larger type.
WHO IT IS FOR
Painters and decorators, tilers, drylining fitters, flooring and screed layers, landscapers, bricklayers, carpenters, property maintenance, site
managers – and every DIY enthusiast planning a renovation, conversion or refurbishment themselves.
PLEASE NOTE
WORKi calculates in metric units (square metres, litres, cubic metres). Results are guide values based on your input and do not replace a
professional measurement. Check the manufacturer's coverage and consumption figures before ordering.
Billing is handled by LogicLoop Software Solutions.
