Fridgy is an app for managing expiration and best-before dates of food items in a shared family refrigerator. It allows for quick registration and sends notifications so that any family member can handle items before they expire.

■ Register an item in just 30 seconds

· Scanning a barcode automatically populates the product name by prioritizing food and household items.

· Even if a barcode is missing or not found, the workflow remains uninterrupted through manual input.

· If you take a picture of the packaging with the camera, it recognizes and displays candidate dates for the expiration and best-before dates.

■ One Refrigerator with the Family

· Family members join within 24 hours using an invitation code or QR code.

· Up to 10 people per household can use it together.

· Records are kept of who bought the items and who handled them.

■ Notifications You Won't Miss, But Not Nagging

· Notifies you three times: 3 days before, 1 day before, and on the day of expiration.

· Users can set the notification times themselves. The default is 9:00 AM, and you can adjust it in 15-minute increments.

· If there are multiple expiration dates on the same day, they are grouped together and notified at once.

■ Small Design Tailored to Your Home

· Both expiration dates and best before dates are handled with the same date input.

· Storage locations are simply organized into four categories: Refrigerated, Freezer, Room Temperature, and Other.

· "Eaten" and "Discarded" are processed with a single tap, and you can revert to the original state within 5 seconds even if you press the wrong button.

■ Personal Information and Permissions

· Camera: Used for scanning barcodes and photographing expiration dates. Captured images are not saved, and only confirmed dates remain on the server.

· Notifications: Required to receive expiration notifications. You can turn them off or change the time at any time.
