About this app

This is a shift schedule creation app for businesses with 3 to 30 employees, such as restaurants, cafes, beauty salons, and small clinics. You can create shift schedules on your smartphone, replacing paper or Excel spreadsheets.

■ Easy Creation
- Simply tap to enter shifts into a table with staff listed vertically and dates horizontally.
- Create custom shifts like early and late shifts, with times displayed in the table cells.
- Breaks are automatically calculated according to Article 34 of the Labor Standards Act (45 minutes for shifts over 6 hours, 60 minutes for shifts over 8 hours).
- Supports closing dates (e.g., 15th of the month), regular holidays, and national holidays.
- Set the required number of staff for each day of the week; days with insufficient staff are highlighted in red.
- For days with insufficient staff, a list of available staff and reasons for not being available (other shift on the same day, requested leave, monthly limit, etc.) is displayed. You can enter staff directly with a tap.

■ Collect Requests via LINE (Pro)
- Simply send a link to a LINE group. Staff don't need an app or registration; they simply enter ○ △ × each day and submit.
* Collected requests are displayed in the table.

■ Automatic Creation (Pro)
* Automatically fills in empty slots while adhering to the required number of staff, staff requests, monthly day/hour limits, consecutive work limits, and weekly days off (fixed days off). It can be easily reverted.

■ Share with Staff & Shift Requests
The completed shift schedule is shared via LINE. Staff can check their shifts and changes without an app, and request shift changes for days they cannot work. Once approved by the manager, it is reflected in the shift schedule.

■ Roles, Under 18, and Work Intervals
Automatic creation adheres to requirements such as "at least one kitchen staff member on the early shift," avoiding night shifts for those under 18 and early shifts following late shifts.

■ Time Clock & Attendance (Pro)
Staff clock in and out using their smartphones or the store's tablet by entering their name and a 4-digit PIN. No app is required. The store manager can check actual working hours, night shifts, overtime, insufficient breaks, and missed clock-ins, and can also estimate wages based on hourly rates. Corrections are recorded with reasons and can be exported as a CSV file. A photo is taken at the time of clock-in, and the terminal used for clocking in is also recorded, making it possible to distinguish between clock-ins made by different people.

■ Sharing and Printing
- A4/A3 landscape PDF, crisp images
- Daily portrait images that are easy to read in chats
- Unlimited exports even with the free plan

■ Data Never Gets Lost
- Changes are automatically saved to the cloud. The same data can be opened even after changing devices or reinstalling the app.
- Store settings and shift schedules can be reverted to the last 60 entries of their history.

■ Together on iPhone and Android
- By simply entering an 8-character code, the same table can be opened and edited on another device. The store manager can use an iPhone, and the assistant manager can use an Android device.

■ Data Collection
- Number of working days, working hours, and labor costs (hourly wage x actual hours worked) per staff member

■ Pricing
- Free: Up to 1 store and 8 staff members. Unlimited creation, export, and cloud saving of tables.
- Issho Shift Pro: ¥480/month or ¥3,800/year (tax included). Unlimited number of staff and stores, and features for collecting preferences, automatic creation, and time clocking (attendance). The monthly plan is free for first-time users for the first month.
- You can cancel anytime from "Subscriptions" on Google Play. Unless you cancel, it will automatically renew for the same period and price, and you can continue to use it until the end of the paid period even after cancellation.
