CitApp is an app that allows users to find a nearby branch, see who works there, review available services, and easily book an appointment. The main idea is that the entire process, from discovering the business to managing the appointment, is done within the same app.
What users can try:
Explore branches by category and see available businesses.
Enter a branch and review its general information.
View the staff or employees associated with that branch.
Review the services offered by each staff member.
Check schedules and real-time availability before booking.
Schedule an appointment and then view it in the appointments section.
Cancel an appointment if the workflow allows it.
Save branches to favorites.
View notifications related to changes or important actions.
Edit profile, photo, and basic information.
Send requests or messages from help and support.
Profiles available in the app:
Customer: uses the app to search for branches, view staff, book, and manage appointments.
Employee: Manages their schedules, services, and assigned appointments.
Branch Manager: Manages the branch, staff, and part of the business operations.
Super Administrator: Controls the platform at a general level, primarily via the web.
