MSG-Tools Mobile is a touch-first corporate application for Mechanical Engineering, Multi-Line Quality, Field Technical Survey, Expertise, Logistics, and Shop Floor Operations, integrated in real time with the MSG-Tools web platform.

Designed for quick, one-handed operation in the factory, dock, or field (step-by-step guided experience, digital inspection style), the application dynamically enables only the modules authorized for each employee's profile (RBAC per user).

• Dimensional data collection and Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) for Power Transmission (PT: Sprockets, V/Synchronous Pulleys, QD/TB/MST Bushings), Drums & Pulleys (CP), Material Handling (MH: Helical Screws, Chain/Belt Conveyors, CEMA Elevators), Painting & Welding (MED-002 / AWS D1.1) and Rollers (ABNT NBR 6678);

• Instantaneous Nominal + Tolerance Assessment (APPROVED / OUT OF TOL.) and Poka-Yoke checklist [OK / NOT OK / N/A] with standardized defect taxonomy and immediate opening of NCR.

2. ON-SITE TECHNICAL SURVEY (ENGINEERING & TECHNICAL SALES):
• Quick on-site dimensional survey templates for PT Transmissions, Belt Drums and Bulk Conveyors, directly feeding the calculations of the web platform.

3. INDUSTRIAL EXPERTISE & REFURBISHMENT:
• Guided flow of metrological expertise of Drums (7 stations, ABNT NBR 6172), Wheels and Drive Shafts (split teeth, radial/axial runout and NDT LP/PM/US tests).

4. LOGISTICS, SHIPPING & TRUCK INSPECTION:
• Vehicle Inspection Checklist at the gate/dock, VCI packaging verification, cargo securing, and photographic record with automatic metrological stamp (Date/Time, OS/TAG, and Inspector).

5. FACTORY FLOOR, SETUP & SHIFT:
• Daily operational checklists at the start of the shift (CNC, Boilermaking, Bending, and Finishing).

6. POCKET ENGINEERING & INTEGRATED SUITE:
• Instant offline consultation of Maximum Bushing Holes (QD, Taper-Lock, MST), Tightening Torques (Split-Hub & ISO 898-1), DIN 6885-1 Keyways, and cloud synchronization (Offline-First) with issuance of a signed A4 PDF report on the screen.
