Make everyday spending a little clearer with Outlays.

CAPTURE THE DETAILS
Add an expense or refund with a category, date, and note. Attach a receipt from your camera or photo library, then search and filter your activity.

PLAN YOUR MONTH
Set a monthly budget and schedule recurring bills. See spending, planned bills, and the amount left in your budget together. Mark a bill as paid without counting it twice.

YOUR CURRENCY, YOUR RECORDS
Choose your preferred currency and create custom categories. Records in different currencies stay separate; Outlays does not convert exchange rates or connect to bank accounts.

TAKE YOUR DATA WITH YOU
Import expenses from CSV or an Outlays JSON backup, and export records when you need them. Receipt photos stay on your device and are not included in CSV or JSON exports.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account is required. Your expense records and receipt photos stay in the app on your device. Try the sample-data demo before adding your own records. Device backups and files you choose to share are managed by your device and chosen services.
