Take a deep breath. Pause Tiles is a meditative tile-matching game where every tile is a tiny work of art, cut by hand from cardstock and brought to life through a gentle, hybrid paper-to-digital process. Designed for when you're overwhelmed. Take a pause, then get back out there.

No flashing lights. No urgent timers. No 3rd party ads. Just quiet play and beautiful, handcrafted paper art inspired by nature, cottagecore, and the simple joy of making something with your hands.

FOUR WAYS TO PLAY
Pause - Tap matching pairs or quadruplets to clear two layers of tiles. A classic match game, reimagined for calm.

Drift - Swap tiles and line up three in a row to clear them. Every 15 seconds, gravity shifts direction, gently reorganizing the board. Stay present and adapt.

Just So - Drag tiles from a tray to fill a grid where each tile appears exactly once in every row and column. A satisfying logic puzzle, unhurried and precise.

Piece - Tap two pieces to swap their places and restore a shuffled picture. A quiet jigsaw, at your own pace.

ORIGINAL HAND-CRAFTED ART
Over many hours, with quiet intention, each theme is planned, sketched, patterned, and cut from cardstock with scissors. The paper is shaped with crafting tools and fixed with putty, tape, or glue before being digitally photographed and processed. The result is a tactile, stop-motion aesthetic unlike anything else on the App Store.

THEMED TILE SETS
Woodland Walk (included with the game) - Wander through a fantasy forest of sheltering trees, cheerful chipmunks, and a sprightly red fox lingering among the ferns. Soft blues, cool greens, and earthy browns.
Each set contains 24 unique tiles. Because no two walks in the woods are ever quite the same, the game uses only a selection for each play, offering a different path every time.

More themes, like Flowers, will bloom as optional in-app purchases - each one planned, cut, and photographed the same slow way.

MY TILES & DIGITAL STICKERS
Build a personal tile collection as you play. Unlock new tiles with each completed game and browse your growing library. Save beautifully transparent digital stickers to your Photos for use in messages and more.

GENTLE CELEBRATIONS
Clear the board in Pause or Drift and enjoy an original stop-motion paper animation. Finish a puzzle in Just So or Piece and receive a cheerful message. Every celebration stays quiet, like the rest of the game.
