About this app

Sworn is a content filter that blocks what you (or your kid) have sworn off — and, if you want, emails a friend or parent when Sworn blocks a site. No screenshots. No data sold or shared. No nags.

WHAT MAKES SWORN DIFFERENT

We don't see your screen.
Other accountability tools take screenshots — sometimes constantly. Sworn never sees what's on your display. Ever.

Partners are optional.
Sworn works fine with no one watching. The partner email flow is off by default — you can use the filter on its own as long as you like, and add a partner later if you ever want to.

Your partner sees the alert, never the URLs.
If you've added one, they get "3 blocked attempts in the last 24 hours," not the URLs.

We never email your partner without their consent.
Every invite asks them to confirm by clicking one link. No click in 24 hours and the invite drops. One-tap unsubscribe from any inbox — they decide when it stops.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Install the app, pick what to block. Malware protection is on by default.
2. Turn on the filter. The app walks you through one Settings screen on your phone.
3. (Optional) Add up to three partners — a friend, a co-parent, anyone you trust. Each confirms by clicking a link in one email.
4. When Sworn blocks a site, your partner gets a short heads-up. If it happens more than once, they get one daily digest with the count. At most two emails per 24 hours — never the URL.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No signup. No password. No tracking. Your account is a random identifier — no name, no email, no profile. Partner emails are stored only to deliver alerts, and only after the partner confirms.
