Mechanical Calculator is a free, educational Android calculator inspired by classic mechanical printing calculators. Every entry and result is recorded on a **paper tape** (history) like a receipt—great for checking work, learning, and sharing.

**Highlights**
- **Paper tape (calculation memory):** records your inputs, operations, and results.
- **Mechanical “printing” feel:** optional dot‑matrix style printing/animation.
- **Export & share the tape:** TXT, CSV, PNG/JPG, and PDF (generated locally).
- **Landscape mode:** tape and keypad side‑by‑side, with left/right keypad option.

**Calculator functions**
- Basic operations: **+**, **-**, **×**, **÷**, **=**
- **%** with classic calculator behavior
- **+/-** sign toggle
- **⌫** backspace for the current entry
- Clear: **C** clears the current entry; **long‑press C** to clear everything (option to keep the tape)

**Personalization**
- Decimal display: Auto / Fixed 1 / Fixed 2
- Tape font size (scale)
- Button color presets
- Optional sound effects (disabling sounds also disables the printing animation)

**Privacy & offline**
- No sign-in. Calculations and preferences stay on your device.
- Optional ads (Google AdMob) may use the internet and collect data to serve ads.
- You can disable ads in Settings.

**Compatibility**
- Android 8.0+.
