Contracts and e-signing — Generate Nigerian-format tenancy, sale, and lease agreements from your own templates. Send them by email and collect signatures by drawing, typing, or uploading. Supports multi-director vendor signing and company common seals, with a full audit trail on every document.

Properties — List sales, rentals, and shortlets in one inventory. Attach galleries and title documents such as Certificate of Occupancy and Governor's Consent, and track internal versus third-party listings separately.

Shortlet bookings — Calendar-aware booking creation that prevents double-bookings before you confirm. House-rules acceptance, deposit handling, and automated check-in and check-out reminders built in.

Payments — Track every payment from inflow to receipt. Manage installment plans with milestones, generate receipts with consistent per-agency numbering, and see overdue installments before they slip.
