About this app

mBooks is a PDF highlighter and EPUB reader built around one thing: the lines you want to keep.

Open a PDF or EPUB book, select a passage and highlight it in the colour you choose. Sign in and your highlights sync to your account, so they come back on every device, even after you sign out and in again.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Highlight PDF text and EPUB text in five colours: yellow, green, blue, pink and orange
• Read PDF and EPUB books in one simple ebook reader
• Sync highlights across your devices with a Google or anonymous account
• Use guest mode without an account; highlights then stay on this device
• Read and highlight offline; sync runs when you are back online
• Turn pages by swiping
• Import the same book again and its highlights re-appear

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Your books stay on your device. Only your highlights are synced.
• mBooks asks for no all-files storage permission. You pick each book yourself.
• You can delete your account and synced highlights from Settings.

FREE WITH ADS
mBooks is free and shows ads. You can remove ads with a purchase in Settings.

Good for students marking study PDFs, readers saving quotes from ebooks, and anyone who wants a clean PDF highlighter app instead of a heavy document editor.

Import a PDF or EPUB and start highlighting.
