Choose a weekly, daily, or custom dose schedule. Set weigh-in and check-in reminders, plus a nudge before your next order is due. Tap a reminder to open the right entry. Lock-screen reminders never show your medicine or dose.

See weight alongside each change to your dose. Follow side effects, mood, food noise, and energy over 7, 30, or 90 days. Compare your latest four weeks with the four before, and see the weight change in a typical week at each dose. Track steps and water against your goals, and see an estimate of how much medicine is in your system, based on the doses you log.

• HEALTH CONNECT, YOUR CHOICE
With your permission, Jabwise reads weight, water, and steps from Health Connect. Weight and water logged in Jabwise can also be saved to Health Connect; steps are read-only. Connect only the data you want and disconnect at any time.

• PRIVATE BY DESIGN
There is no Jabwise account or server. Your journal stays on your phone, protected by your screen lock. Optional backups are encrypted on your device and go only where you choose. Journal entries and health information are never included in analytics.
