About this app

PassNote is a password manager for keeping your logins, payment card details and secure notes in one organized vault. Generate strong passwords, find saved accounts quickly and sync encrypted entries across supported phones and tablets.

🗂️ An encrypted vault for everyday essentials
• Save website and app logins, email accounts and Wi-Fi passwords.
• Keep payment card details, private notes and recovery codes together.
• Search saved entries, filter by type or category and mark favorites for quick access.

🛡️ Encryption before cloud sync
Your vault entries are encrypted on your device with AES-256-GCM before being sent to cloud storage. Your master key is stored in your device's secure storage and is needed to decrypt your synced vault.

🔑 Keep a safe copy of your master key. To open your vault on another device, use the same account and key. If you lose the key and can no longer access it on a device, PassNote cannot recover your encrypted entries.

🎲 Password generator and health checks
Create random passwords from 8 to 32 characters. Choose uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and symbols, then copy the result when you need it. Check saved passwords for weak or reused credentials to help you decide which ones to update.

☁️ Offline access and encrypted sync
After your vault has loaded on a device, access locally cached entries without an internet connection. Changes made offline are queued to sync when connectivity returns. Signing in and loading your vault on a new device require an internet connection.

🔒 App lock with PIN or biometrics
Enable app lock and unlock with a PIN or supported device biometrics, such as a fingerprint. Choose an automatic lock timeout for when you leave the app.

📥 Import your saved passwords
Move existing logins into PassNote using supported CSV exports or Bitwarden JSON exports. Preview the imported entries and select which ones to save.

💎 Free access and optional Premium
Start with the free tier, which has an entry limit and may show ads. Premium removes ads and the free-tier entry cap. Available plans, prices and billing terms are shown in the app before purchase.
