About this app

PingHub is a website, API, and SSL certificate monitor that runs entirely on your device — no account, no cloud service, no backend server. Every check, every history entry, and every alert stays right here on your phone.

Most uptime monitors ask you to sign up for a cloud subscription and hand over your endpoints to a third-party server. PingHub doesn't. It checks the sites you add directly from your device, the same way a browser would, and keeps the
results local.

🔒 SSL & CERTIFICATE MONITORING
• Validity, expiry date, and days remaining
• Issuer, subject, certificate chain, and TLS version
• SHA-256 / SHA-1 fingerprints
• Self-signed and hostname-mismatch detection — shown, not hidden behind a generic error
• Weak TLS version / undersized key / deprecated signature warnings
• Certificate-change detection with history
• Configurable expiry alerts (30/15/7/3/1 days, fully customizable)

🌐 WEBSITE & API MONITORING
• Custom check intervals, timeouts, retry counts, and expected status codes
• Content-based assertions — verify the response actually contains (or doesn't contain) specific text, catching a page that returns 200 OK but shows an error or maintenance message
• Redirect chain, HTTP version, response headers
• Basic security-header checks (HSTS, CSP, and more)
• Compression diagnostics
• robots.txt and sitemap inspection

🔔 SMART ALERTS
Get notified when a site goes offline, comes back online, its SSL certificate is expiring or has changed, a content check fails, or monitoring itself breaks — each toggleable per site. Optionally forward any of these events to your own
webhook (Slack, Discord, a server, or anywhere else that accepts a POST).

🛠️ NETWORK TOOLS
Built-in port checker, DNS lookup, and TCP-latency ping for quick diagnostics without leaving the app.

📊 HISTORY & INSIGHTS
24h / 7d / 30d uptime percentages, response-time trends, and a full certificate history — all charted on-device.

📤 YOUR DATA, YOUR WAY
Export your monitored sites as CSV or JSON anytime and share them wherever you choose. Import a previous export to restore your setup. We never see these files.

🔐 YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
No account required. No cloud monitoring. No backend servers for your monitoring data. Anonymous, aggregate usage analytics are opt-out (Settings → Privacy) and never include the sites you monitor, their names, or their content — and
you can request deletion of even that anytime with one tap.

A HOME SCREEN WIDGET keeps your online/offline/expiring-cert counts one glance away.

Note: PingHub monitors up to 10 sites. Android's battery optimization can delay background checks on some devices (excluding the app from battery optimization, one tap in Settings, keeps things closer to schedule) — "next check" times
are shown as approximate for exactly this reason, not overpromised.
