Worst hotel experience ever!!! Reserved 2 connected rooms for 6 days. My son is blind and it was his first trip to Vegas so we wanted him close. When we arrive they don't have our rooms available and put my son on the other side of the hotel. Didnt have the right beds in the rooms either. The front desk was no help and they made us stay the night instead of giving us our money back so we could find a hotel to accommodate a blind person. Will not be returning to the TI in the future!!
