About this app

With the DigiOffice DMS App you have the freedom to quickly and easily view documents online and handle document tasks. This includes, for example, approving or rejecting purchase invoices and reading, checking and providing feedback on documents. The DigiOffice DMS App connects to your own DigiOffice environment and provides direct access to your open document tasks.

The DigiOffice DMS App has views for 'all', 'my' and 'favorite' documents. This gives you access to documents registered in DigiOffice DMS anytime and anywhere. The task and document lists are also optimized for the use of large lists. The search is performed on the server. Infinite scrolling has also been applied, which ensures that search results are automatically updated when the end of the loaded list approaches.

The app is an extension of your DigiOffice DMS environment. Do not install this app if your company does not have DigiOffice DMS.


Use DigiOffice DMS App in practice

The app has the following document views by default:
• All documents
• My Documents
• Favorite documents
• My open tasks
• My informational tasks
• My deferred tasks
• My completed tasks
• My perceived tasks

You can immediately see if a preview is available and if any comments have been posted in the list of document tasks. After tapping a document task, the preview is shown with functions for viewing and adding comments, completing the task and viewing detailed data of the document and the task.

After completing a task, the next task is immediately displayed. This repeats until all tasks are completed. When all tasks are completed, you are returned to the list view.

In order to use the app, the following technical conditions must be met:
• Minimum DigiOffice 2020.1
• Minimum Android 5.0
• Azure Active Directory
• DigiOffice API Gateway website in DMZ zone
• DigiOffice API Services website in Intranet zone
• Active use of DigiOffice Workflows module
