Ratings and reviews

I keep having login issues. Randomly, there is a 'something went wrong, please try again' error, no matter what login method I use. Form ID, email ID, or Phone Number. And this all happens unexpectedly, and my app also begins to show the something went wrong error sometimes if im logged in and nothing loads. I am lagging behind a lot in my classes because of this because all homework gets uploaded here. Please get it fixed.

I had a good learning experience at ALLEN. The teachers are supportive, explain concepts clearly, and help students stay motivated throughout preparation. The study materials and tests are very useful for improving understanding and confidence. The environment is disciplined and focused, which helps students stay consistent in their studies. Overall, it is a great institute for serious learners preparing for competitive exams.

Allen will be charging a high amount for the courses, and put you in random courses. I asked them initially about the batch, they said all batches are the same. Now I came to know that my friends kid and my kid are out in different course itself, and when I called them, they told, they will check and confirm. post that they are receiving the call. It's useless to pay some hefty amount for the courses, where nothing is getting clear. I tried calling many times, but no response. please be aware.
