VERY BAD EXPERIENCE😡,I am student of Allen and this is very much annoying app. I had allen's online course and i am constantly facing so much problems and when i contact allen online team they didn't solve issue & ignore, the concept videos suddenly disappeared while i was studying instead of paying them and having paid batch and app also have many glitches and don't function properly. when i contact the team they didn't provide solution instead of calling them 7 times a day. they don't help😡

The ALLEN App is one of the best learning apps for JEE and NEET preparation. The live and recorded classes are excellent, the study material is well-organized, and the test analysis helps identify weak areas. The AI-powered features, previous year questions, and doubt-solving support make studying much more effective. The app is smooth, easy to use, and keeps me motivated throughout my preparation. Highly recommended for every serious aspirant!

The recorded lectures aren't always available in the app like if I want to watch it , almost everytime shows no videos are there even though the topic has been completed in the class.Also sometimes mainly before the exam the custom practice isn't available which is something very irritating.I would like to request allen team to fix these issues.
