The app itself is ok, however, I have to score a one because I upgraded to the one year and I'm still being charged monthly. I reached out through the email on file with pay pal and received no response. I emailed the email on file in the app and was promised it would be taken care of that day. It was not and I'm still being charged the monthly fee. I've been charged the monthly fee four times after the initial upgrade.

Hey Kartina! I'm so sorry you've had a problem with this and that we missed your communication. I refunded all of your monthly charges, and cancelled your monthly plan so that just your annual plan is in effect. Does not have all young living oils in the inventory. Can't backup inventory. Can't sync with another device. No response from company. Our story and using oilyapp do not work. 2/24 update:. Developer contacted me and answered my questions. The our story and using the oilyapp work, but are very very slow on my phone... Not sure why and not a big deal to me. Changed rating to 3. It's a very good app, but until I can sync and backup, I can't rate a 4 or 5.

I installed the app on my phone and tablet, but the inventory does not sync between the two devices. I do not want to have to double enter to both devices current. I have tried to contact you at the email above, using a Hotmail address and a gmail address. they come back undeliverable because a server is not configured right. please don't tell me yo contact you using Facebook, because i don't have a Facebook account.
