About this app

eKaizen is the app for conducting audits and inspections on the factory floor directly from your mobile phone.

With it, the supervisor can:
- Open scheduled audits and inspections for their area and respond to each item individually.
- Record the number of deviations for each item and mark whether the requirement is compliant or non-compliant.
- Attach photos taken with the app's camera as evidence of each evaluation.
- Write observations for each item, including by voice dictation.
- Track the score and completion percentage in real time as they respond.
- Consult the history of completed evaluations, including score, date, and location.

The app works without an internet connection: responses are saved on the device and automatically synchronized when the network returns, allowing work from anywhere in the factory even without a signal.

To use it, you need an eKaizen platform user account, provided by the company. Access and data are linked to the user's company.
