ThumbsUp Tablet is the kiosk app for the ThumbsUp customer feedback system. It runs on a tablet with a camera and lets customers submit satisfaction feedback without touching the screen. Customers stand in front of the device, show a hand gesture, and hold it briefly. The app detects the gesture, converts the thumb angle into a score from 0 to 100, and sends the approved feedback to the connected ThumbsUp backend. The app is built for customer-facing physical locations such as restaurants, cafes, retail stores, malls, airports, and service counters. Operators can use ThumbsUp to collect real-time feedback from visitors while keeping the interaction fast, simple, and contactless.
