App does not open. Been like this for a week as of 9/17/26. All I see is the VT logo and the app freezes. Glad I kept the email with my ticket purchase because not sure if this will ever get fixed.

App stopped working completely and won't even open. It just stops at the VT logo when I try to open it. Tried running updates, Uninstall and reinstall and still nothing...

The app doesn't work. only shows VT logo. Tech support is emails from an AI with ideas I had already tried.
