already booked using the App as Titanium member, stay using D$ , didn't get the D$ cashback, didn't get the stay at hotel achievement (still 0 stay), inform the hotel staff but haven't received the update (slow response) stay from 31 May 2026 until now the D$ cashback didn't received, technical issue problems but never have the solution

discovery dollars not usable at checkout half the time. I have them sitting there, but the option to use them keeps disappearing randomly!

very poor support. I raised two tickets regarding my booking. But in my ticket section nothing visible. Also noone replied to my ticket. No solution.
