About this app
Decoflame® app allows you to control your electronic Decoflame® basic or e-ribbon fireplaces.
With the Decoflame® app you can turn on/off your fireplace, and adjust the flame level to fit your needs. You can see how much fuel that is left in the tank, and for how long the fireplace will be able to burn at the current flame level before running out of fuel.
You are also able to set an auto-off timer that will turn off the fireplace after a set period of time.
Do you have more than one Decoflame® fireplace? No problem! With the Decoflame® app you can pair with as many fireplaces as you like. Just turn them on one at a time and pair.
Android compatibility of electronic Decoflame basic or e-ribbon fireplaces
1) fireplace burner build after MAY 2019
2) if not - control print upgraded to one build after MAY 2019
3) if not - contact Decoflame App Support to upgrade your control print
4) if your fireplace burner is build before JAN 2015 - contact Decoflame App Support to upgrade your fireplace burner to a model with Bluetooth Low Energy support
Mobile with Android 6+ version required
4) turn on Bluetooth
5) turn on Location services
6) allow Decoflame app to use Location services to measure security distance
Initial pairing with Decoflame fireplaces is done within the app. Hold mobile at max 1m security distance from control print of fireplace - for initial pairing.
If 4-6) were not setup OK on app install - and you still have pairing problems - after setting 4-6) OK. Try to uninstall and reinstall the app from PlayStore.
