It's complete shite. Banks got so much money, but can't build a half-decent app. Edit: it's been 4 years. I still can't log in.

I wrote al-bank support and my bank advisor and nobody can help me. Where can I report design issue? I do use al-bank app for many years (at least 6) and I do like it, but after some major change in the app I am having issue: incoming number has black color. In the past it was green color. Can you provide option in the settings so I can switch it to have it green again? I made many mistakes because of it. It confuses me. Everything looks red to me because black color kinda fades in.
