I keep getting an error saying "and unexpected error has occured". Nothing works anymore,cant even check how much money I have in my account. horrible app,horrible bank since the merger

there is problem with a transfer money to the the ecount it doesn't show the right amount. it is missing the first number. if more than 3 numbers .

Why, why, why in the world show a positive account balance with RED numbers? Otherwise a decent app
