The validation process took longer than expected but the app works pretty well. I would like to suggest that you guys check up on your agents often, because I located quite a lot of agents from the app only to find out that they don't use Spenn anymore. I ended up making the dreadful bank visit. Which is way more reliable than the agents. Great app anyway. I hope you find ways to address it in the future..

I am very disappointed currently with this app on android. Number 1 , issues with the recovery password. it refuses and even if you click forgot recovery password it does nothing. Number 2: The forgot pin also doesn't work. I have had this issue for over two months now. Its so dissappointing.

I give it a 3 because it has very limited uses apart from saving and top up it is quite useful. Please include services like Water , Electricity , ZRA, NAPSA, RTSA and others to make it worthwhile, and if possible set up a USSD option to access this. Once you're in a remote place, it's impossible to access your own funds especially given the fact that Zambia is predominantly remote. Despite all this, it is a great app.
