I always have to reinstall or delete data and cache for me to then have to use the recovery password over and over again in order for me to gain access. Otherwise it makes me wait till my hair turns grey and never loads. Especially when I tap a notification. I understand that it automatically logs me out for safety reasons. Bust everytime I try to log back in or open the app again it never stops loading. I dont know if it's the brand colors but that green is too bright

I Love the app n there services n all the way to the customer care services are good that theresa lady is doing a good job ,the savings n the interest on top it's just great, keep on adding more bank apps n more mobile transactions,make it one app with all mobile services, though I have a request , kindly stop that notification message of "your session has expired, please log in again", showing on the screen in full ,it's disturbing especially when u r doing another transactions

I think it's a great app, but I don't like the authentication process being a developer I feel like there is ways you can verify it's me without me having to wait till your customer care is open. Especially with the fact that my account balance is zero I recently felt like your updates are amazing and wanted to resurrect my account but am an unable to because I don't know the six word recovery password. Which I am sure I didn't set.
