I always have to reinstall or delete data and cache for me to then have to use the recovery password over and over again in order for me to gain access. Otherwise it makes me wait till my hair turns grey and never loads. Especially when I tap a notification. I understand that it automatically logs me out for safety reasons. Bust everytime I try to log back in or open the app again it never stops loading. I dont know if it's the brand colors but that green is too bright

App seems intuitive , however I can't confirm my information. Whenever I select passport number or driving license as an option of validation , the option below doesn't change and stays with the same format as that for NRC numbers. Secondly , I have an NRC and I am not born in Zambia , Botswana or Nambia , as the options available suggest. I can't select any other country. Therefore I can't go forward with my NRC as well. Hope to see you fix this soon. Thank you.
