The app is just one of the reasons why their competitors do so much better. How Burger King fails to provide a functional app in 2023 is just mind-boggling. App development should be prioritised a lot more if they want to keep and/or attract customers. McDonald's is just one example of a company that's been doing things right for years when it comes to app development. This app is practically unusable 90% of the time. So unfortunate when some food actually surpasses competitors' in quality.

I used to love BK. Recommended it to all my friends over McD. But with how this app just never works, while McD's app does, and it's the only way to use coupons. I will no longer recommend BK. This is politely put, pathetic.

The app seemed to work great before, but now something is telling me that it got removed from play store... It can't open, and it's not showing up when I search for it.
