CustomOffice is an industry system for hauliers, machine stations and contractors — companies with people and machines out in the field, where the work is done far from the office.
The app is the mobile part of the solution. Your employee registers time, materials and documentation directly on the job — also without mobile coverage. The system runs in the cloud, but the app is built to work where there is no signal.
In the app you can:
- Register time, holiday, absence and material use
- See the day's jobs with contact details, checklists and field maps
- Store photos, weighing slips and delivery notes together with the job
- Document with the phone's GPS where a piece of work was carried out
About GPS: the feature documents where work has been done, and makes it possible to find a colleague who needs help or materials. It runs only during working hours, and the employee must give permission — the phone asks before it is used.
Once the supervisor has approved the day sheet, the numbers move on by themselves: the completed work becomes a draft invoice in the accounting system, and hours, overtime and absence become the basis for payroll. CustomOffice does neither payroll nor accounting — we produce the basis and make sure it ends up in the right place, without anyone retyping it.
The system works with e-conomic, Uniconta, DataLøn and Rackbeat.
