About this app

"MB Solutions" makes work-relevant information easily accessible in an intuitive way. Especially mobile workers need to have the information at their fingertips wherever they need to access it. With the app, employees get information and have the opportunity to communicate, interact and find the information they need when they need it, whether through a website, touch screens or apps for tablets and smartphones.

Among other things, the app allows:

• Watching news (Global, Area Level and Local)

• Look up messages and comment on messages on an electronic message board

• View and manage both parent and personal calendar with sync to the phone's own calendar

• Sign up for meetings, events etc. These are automatically saved in "My subscriptions"

• Find practical information such as telephone numbers, addresses and schedules

• Access to all work-critical documents and procedures

• Read and watch video of processor and instructions

• Upload video journals from meetings directly from the phone

• Guard scheduling and exchange

• Booking of meeting rooms, cars and more

• See statistics for the use of all touch screens and applications

• Ability to add frequently used documents to favorites list

• Depending on user rights, all information on the platform can be created directly from the app. It welcomes everything from news, notices about changing of guard, meeting calls, sign-ups to meetings, booking of various things. Just as the "subject owner" can choose whether people should have the opportunity to comment on the posting

• “Blue Book feature” where all employees can update their profile with text and image directly from the app and web.
