About this app

CleanEvent makes it easier to coordinate waste management, locations and practical tasks at events, festivals and other large events.

The app brings together the work in one clear system with an interactive map, so that managers, employees and volunteers can quickly see relevant locations, tasks and status updates.

With CleanEvent you can, among other things:

• See containers, compactors and other locations on an interactive event map

• Order emptying via QR codes or directly in the system

• Create and assign tasks to specific locations

• Update status in real time so that everyone works from the same information
• Divide users into teams so that they only see relevant areas and tasks
• Activate sweeper zones and target efforts where the need is greatest
• Document tasks and incidents with images and an activity log

CleanEvent is developed for practical operation under busy conditions, where fast communication and a clear overview are essential.

The system can be adapted to the individual event and helps reduce unnecessary coordination, phone calls and waiting time. This provides a more efficient workflow and a better overview for both operations, management and volunteers.

The app requires an active CleanEvent user account and access to a created event.
