DR LYD will develop and become a more personal app. New exciting content is published all the time, and DR has a small editorial team that presents the new things on the front page, but also provides inspiration and ways into the large catalog of Danish content.

DR LYD has been developed in collaboration with accessibility users and will be continuously improved.

DR LYD offers many useful functions, e.g.:

• Chromecast for playback on wireless speakers.
• Rinse 30 min. back on live radio
• Pull up in the player and see playlists and chapters
• Alarm function so you can wake up to DR LYD

Ratings and reviews

Looks very useful! Also unique messaging functions etc A lot of good thought gone into it. The flip side, you have to agree to them using your personal data as they wish or else you can't use the app – a bit odd, normally you can change that in settings. /// Maybe it's an EU loophole for apps: On opening the app, they say if you don't like the personal data use "then listen via the website" – and listening via the website doesn't work, despite having the latest Android system installed.

Excellent app in all ways, interface is easy to use and understand , the channel widgets is a nice touch .

Super bad interface. Doesn't remember what you have listened to -really frustrating when listening to a series, as you have to find every episode manually 😡 (I think a previous version had "carry on where you left"?). Can't even see the title of what is playing, just the category e.g. "Radio play"???? Why? Can't save anything without having to create an online account 😠 (No, I do NOT want to create an online account just to do basic listening!!). Just asking for BASIC listening features!

Gad du godt stemme med på radioprogrammernes afstemninger i DR LYD appen? Det kan du nu! Eller... næsten. Funktionen er på plads. Nu venter vi bare på, at det første radioprogram sætter en afstemning i gang her i appen.
