This app gives you easy and fast access to the most exhaustive description of the modern Danish vocabulary.

You get access to all the entries in the Danish Dictionary (DDO) in a view specially adapted screen of your mobile phone. This means that the design is simpler, and displays only the most important types of information. If you need to see all the details, you always have the option of going to netversionen of the dictionary by clicking on the link "show on ordnet.dk" at the bottom of each entry.

The Danish Dictionary is continuously updated and is in accordance with recent changes in Danish spelling. DDO can therefore be used as a spelling dictionary in the school and the education.

The Danish Dictionary developed by the Danish Language and Literature (DSL), which has more than 100 years of experience in editing dictionaries and is behind the largest Danish native language dictionaries.

The app requires internet access. That way you are sure to always have access to the latest entries without having to update the app. And it's all free. Enjoy!

No skriftlyd available. Not the same explanation of the multiple uses of each word, as just in that found online. so brief. I can say, it is very useful with quick searching of a word.

It's nice app but I've a problem with it. Pronunciation in danish is very important but you can't find spell of pronunciation of word in this app. I appreciate that add this option.

Great app, but desperately needs pronunciation so you don't have to click through to website all the time! Also should have more offline content so you can use without an internet connection.
