JobOffice helps field workers in plumbing, electrical and service businesses manage projects and record work from their mobile device.
Access assigned projects, customer and contact details, appointments, product information and job documentation based on your company’s configuration and your user permissions. Record work while on-site and keep project information available for follow-up in EG JobOffice.

FIND PRODUCT INFORMATION IN SECONDS
Search the Price Book by article name, article number, description or supplier. Filter products by supplier or configured article lists and view available prices, product details and supporting documentation. Product information and prices depend on the data available to your company.

TRACK EVERY HOUR WITH EASE
Create work reports and register hours against projects and activities. Review registered hours by week or month and view the total for the selected period. Access to other employees’ hours depends on your permissions.

DOCUMENT EVERY JOB WITH PHOTOS
Take photos or select images from your device and add them to the relevant project. Add descriptions to document site conditions, work progress or completed work. If an upload is interrupted by a network issue, the photo can remain queued and be retried when connectivity is available.

ADD MATERIALS AND COMPLETE WORK REPORTS
Add materials to work reports using the Price Book, barcode scanning, item-number search, project calculations, custom items or packing slips. Supported work reports can include an on-screen signature and follow the approval process configured by your company.

JobOffice is a mobile extension of EG JobOffice and is not a standalone application. Activation requires a valid company setup, employee record and licence.
Available information and actions depend on the modules, permissions and configuration enabled by your company. Some features may not be available to every user.
