Flango Parents is the parent portal for institutions that use Flango — the café system for after-school care centers, leisure and youth clubs.

With the app, you as a parent can:

• View your child's balance and top up the food account — the money goes directly to the institution
• Keep track of what your child buys in the café, with purchase history and purchase profile
• Set limits: daily amount limit, limits per product and sugar policy
• Register dietary preferences and allergens that the café takes into account when purchasing
• Register your child for events in the club — and pay with the balance or directly
• Manage screen time and approve games, if the institution uses Flango Screen Time
• Get notified when the balance is running low and reminders before events

If you have multiple children, the app brings everything together in one place — even if they go to different institutions, and you can transfer balance between siblings.

Flango replaces manual balance management and parent payments with a digital food account, where the institution itself receives the money. The app requires your child's institution to use Flango — you connect your child with a code from the institution. Curious? Privacy is the foundation: data is stored in the EU, the app contains no tracking or marketing cookies, and notifications are always your choice.
