Stressed, anxious and tense? This app teaches you in a few days to relax and eliminate harmful stress on the most fundamental levels.

The first step in this effective anti-stress course teaches you to relax both physically and mentally. Second Step teaches you to make it deeper and faster. Third step teaches you how you trigger the relaxation so that you continue to benefit fully from even a short power nap. Together helps exercises you to reset your nervous system, so the daily stress does not become a chronic condition.

The guided exercises contains inspiring storytelling and specific instructions that are easy to follow. It's all accompanied by relaxing sounds that targeted affects both your mind and your body to inner peace and relaxation. The course is specially designed to help your subconscious and your nervous system to relax so that you can give permanent release of the harmful stress.

Along the way teaches you a simple but effective technique you can use to change the situations in which you experience inadequacy or stress. This technique helps you to associate invigorating resources to challenging situations, so you can begin to feel more calm and competent when you meet them.

The app is based on the CD "Relax - and control your stress better", developed by NLP coach and trainer Pete Andersen, who for years has helped the people of the harmful stress. Pete Andersen talked about stress many years before the problem was common knowledge, and he is a specialist in getting you to relax and feel good. The app includes:

Step 1 is free, and steps 2 and 3 can be purchased for only 25 kr. Per. step.

The biggest benefit you get by performing the exercise on each of the 3 step 10 consecutive days. The app therefore contains a counter that keeps track of how many days you have listened to each step. If you hear the exercise several times on the same day, it counts only as one day. If you pause one day, it will count one day down again as intercepting ideally happen every day that you get the most out of the app. When the level reaches 10, the counter starts at the next level. Only when all three counters reaches 10, the app counting days. By the time you graduated as a 'relaxes'.

NOTE: Do not listen to this app when driving or is responsible for working machines. Listen only to it when you can safely ignore the outside world and completely relax.
