GLS PakkeShop Scan

GLS PakkeShop Scan is the official app for parcel shops in the
GLS network. With a modern, intuitive user interface, your
shop gets everything it needs to handle parcels efficiently
from all distributors in Denmark and abroad - directly from a smartphone.

The app is used by shops throughout Denmark that receive and
deliver parcels as part of the GLS PakkeShop network.

Scan barcodes and QR codes lightning fast with the camera
autofocus. Optimized for both daylight and low light conditions.

Handle parcels from all parcel distributors in Denmark and abroad in the same app.

• Parcel overview
Get a full overview of scanned parcels. Search, filter and
manage deliveries in seconds.

• Parcel search
Find a parcel instantly via parcel number or barcode.

• SmartCollect integration
Built-in onboarding and support for SmartCollect workflows.

• Push notifications
Receive real-time updates about new orders in SmartCollect and
status changes.

The app has been developed in close collaboration with GLS PakkeShop stores
to ensure that every feature supports daily operations.
Quick shortcuts, a clear design and a focus on the most important
tasks make it easy for staff to concentrate on
customers.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY

Security is a top priority. All data is processed according to
GDPR regulations, JWT tokens are stored encrypted, and
communication with GLS' servers is protected with TLS.

The app is available in Danish and English.
