About this app

Hilfr makes it easy to get regular cleaning help at home – from people who are properly employed.

All hilfrs are employed under a collective agreement with 3F and are always insured while they work for you. You choose your employee yourself, see the full price before you book, and can stop at any time – there is no obligation.

SAME HELFR EVERY TIME
Book a regular appointment every week, every fortnight or every 4 weeks, and the same employee will come back and get to know your home. If you need help just once, you can also book it.

HOW IT WORKS
• Enter your zip code and see the hilfrs who work in your area
• Read their profile and reviews from other customers
• Choose a day and time – you see the full price before you book
• Your hilfr confirms, and you can write together in the app
• Payment is only deducted after the cleaning

SERVICE DEDUCTIONS
Cleaning in the home entitles you to a service deduction. In the app you will find your invoices and can see how much you have received as a deduction during the year.

MESSAGES AND REMINDERS
Get notified when your hilfr has confirmed, the day before the cleaning and when a new message arrives – you decide whether you want notifications.

FOR HILFR'S
If you are employed by Hilfr, you have your calendar, your appointments and your messages from customers collected in the app.
