Good ingredients, good times.

At Nil, the organic café and shop is on Jernbanegade in Frederikssund. Freshly baked bread in the morning, delicacies for dinner, and coffee worth sitting down with.

ALMOST EVERYTHING WITH US IS ORGANIC

It's not a shelf in itself — it's the whole shop. The bread, the coffee, the cheese, the wine, the milk, the vegetables. We buy organic because we would shop that way ourselves, and the few
exceptions are products that simply don't exist in an organic version yet.

WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR

The bread arrives fresh in the morning — rye bread, sourdough, buns and breakfast bread for the table at home. In the delicatessen, you'll find cheese, cold cuts, olive oil, organic wine and the little things that make an ordinary Wednesday a little better. And then there's the coffee: take it with you, or stay in the café and let it stay for a quarter of an hour longer than planned.

We are a small store with a clear stance: rather fewer products that we stand behind,
than full shelves with everything.

OPEN EVERY DAY 6:30–23:00

Early enough for breakfast before work. Late enough for you to pick up something for dinner when the day turned out to be longer than expected.

THE APP IS YOUR KEY

The door is unlocked from your phone. You create your account once, and then it's one
tap when you're at the door:

1. Create your account and confirm with MitID that you are over 18 years old. This only needs to be done once.

2. Go to the store at Jernbanegade 46D in Frederikssund.

3. Press the button in the app when you are at the door. The lock opens.

4. Find your products, pay at the checkout, and leave.

AGE VERIFICATION WITH MITID

We sell wine and beer, among other things, and access is therefore reserved for people over 18
years. We must be able to document your age, and this is done with your own MitID. We receive
your name and confirmation that you are over 18 — not your date of birth and not your
CPR number. The store is monitored by CCTV.

YOUR LOCATION

The app uses your location for one thing: to confirm that you are standing at the store before
the door can be opened. The location is only read while the app is open. It is not shared with other
users, and we do not store a history of where you have been.
