About this app

With TIP TAK, it is easy to make a report to the municipality. All you have to do is take a picture of a "problem" and submit it via TIP TAK. Then we will assess the problem as soon as possible.



You can download the app from the Google Play Store or Apple's App Store. In Apple's App Store, you can find TIP TAK for your iPhone or iPad by opening the App Store and searching for it. It is free.

By using TIP TAK, you consent to us saving your name, address and telephone number on the tip you submit, so that we can contact you if we need to. Information about all received TIPS is saved for our processing of the tip and an overview of the operation.



Examples of TIPS

- A faulty street light.

- Material left on the road, path or pavement.

- Dead animals on the road or dead sea animals on the beach.

- Poor overview conditions in traffic.

- Filled public bins.

- Shards of glass on the road, path or pavement.

- Damage to the road, path or pavement.

- Damage to public toilets, playgrounds, table/bench sets and the like.

- Damage to public signs or missing signs.

- Stopped or defective gutter grate.

- Water on the roadway.

- Fallen trees or failure to prune bushes.

- Fallen tree in public watercourse.

- Shopping trolley or bicycle in public waterways.
