NOTE: You must be a customer of Jyske Bank to use the mobile bank. When you log in for the first time, you must use your MitID.

Using mitId in app to approve transfers just results in the transfer being cancelled. Unable to send to own account! MitId should not be required for this!!! Update: still unable to approve own transfers using MitID! Update: MitID still doesn't work with JyskeBank App.

Hej og tak for din anmeldelse. Vi er opmærksomme på hastigheden og stabiliteten på appen. Vi sender beskeder/statusser ud på appen, så snart vi har en smule tekniske udfordringer. In the old version, the transactions in the accounts page had a very nice table stucture with nice color scheme where you could see almost a whole month in one look. Now the UI looks very rushed, where everything is so separated that you can only see a few entries at a time without scrolling. In the old version you could distinguish each month clearly, now each entry looks independent from others, you cant really tell where or when a entry belongs to. Harder user experience in this regard

Hello Khaan, thanks for sending us feedback. I get your points about general overview and the seperations between entries, but right now we won’t be changing this. 3 months later, app is still broken. Even on a new phone. Just let me install the pre-update version and have functional mobile banking. They even removed split screen support
